Bagus is an exceptional owner operator, we had an amazing day, we had ideas on where to go and he helped us create a very good itinerary with extra stops that were very well worth it. This is not a commercial tour, it’s customised and personable. More than well informed on the history of Bali, the temples, the Hindu religion, the history and specialty of each village, he also offered information when asked about the living of the Balinese people which was an eye opener for us. Exceptional English and just an amazing tour guide. Thank for a very unique day!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Bagus as our tour guide during our honeymoon in Bali, and he truly made our two-week trip unforgettable!
From the very beginning, Bagus was kind, professional, and so attentive to our needs. He took us to three different areas—Nusa Dua, Ubud, and Kuta—and each stop was thoughtfully planned with a perfect balance of sightseeing, relaxation, and hidden gems.
What stood out most was how flexible and understanding he was. He really listened to what we wanted, whether it was finding quiet, romantic spots or lively local areas, and always made excellent suggestions. Bagus also has a great eye for photography—he helped us capture beautiful memories in every location, and those photos are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip.
His service is truly holistic—Bagus is not only a driver but also a great knowledgeable guide, a helpful escort, and even a translator at attractions and shops. He didn’t just take us to tourist areas; he also helped us with practical needs like finding a good money changer, supermarket on daily basis and even a laundrette. This level of support made everything so smooth and stress-free.
Every place he recommended was reliable, safe, and truly exquisite. His local knowledge made us feel comfortable and well taken care of at all times. More than just a guide, Bagus felt like a friend who genuinely wanted us to enjoy the best of Bali.

We spent 2 and a half days with Bagus and had an amazing time. Bagus was always on time to pick us up at our hotel in Nusa Dua. He made great suggestions as what to see while we were here. We saw monkeys at the monkey forest, rice terraces with the swing, did great shopping in Ubud, saw temples at Tanah Lot and Ulawatu. Bagus took us to some smaller sites like a batik store and the best little coffee and tea shop. Bagus is personable, reliable, and just a very nice guy! We loved our time with Bagus Tour company.

We spent 4 days 3 nights in Bali with Bagus's guide. I must say he is probably the best guide I got for any trips anywhere. He is always on time, always willing to accommodate to our schedule and never show any signs of being tired. Always going the extra mile to make sure we really enjoy our trip.
We've learnt so much about the culture, history and the people of Bali with his guide. He is definitely the guy to ask if you wanna know anything about Bali. He is also very friendly, polite and calm, always smilling.
Overall highly recomended and will definitely get Bagus to guide us again when we go back to Bali.

We had a great day tour with Bagus. The tour was easy to arrange over email and Bagus was very responsive. Bagus listened to what we wanted to see and arranged our day around that. We really appreciated the thought that went into planning our day tour. He also accommodated my request to visit a particular store in Ubud even though it meant sitting in traffic for longer. We very much enjoyed the visit to the Holy Spring temple and learning about the Hindu religion. Bagus speaks excellent English. The car was nice and clean and included bottled water. We will certainly book future tours with Bagus.

Bagus was an excellent person to deal with, very laid back and easy going. He's very knowledgeable about the area, especially the history and culture, which is what I was mostly interested in. We did two full day tours and round trip airport transfer with him and we wouldn't hesitate to do it again. He's honest with prices and information. Highly recommend Bagus tours for your Bali vacation!

This professional travel guide has many hidden beauties in Bali Island. His vehicle is totally comfortable for 4 of friends who were in our group. Prices are always flexible and thanks for giving us the best discounts in Kuta. Bagus is a recommended travel guide and I can give 5 stars without any hesitation.

When I saw Bagus had 41 glowing reviews on Trip Advisor I knew he was the driver to take my husband, two young children and myself on a day trip from Nusa Dua to Ubud. He responded to my phone enquiry very promptly, confirmed key details via email and his English is excellent. He was very accommodating to our requests in regards to the itinerary before the day, as well as responsive to our changes on the day to suit our family's needs. There was absolutely no pressure for shopping, he was able to suggest alternative lunch options, and it was perfect. He was relaxed, informative, and proved a wonderful insight into Balinese culture. Thanks again Bagus for great service! We'll be in touch when planning our next trip to Bali.

Bagus really made the difference in my Honeymoon in Bali. He drove us around to the most amazing places in Ubud, Lovina and Uluwatu (just to mention a few), including hidden places or attractions we have never even thought to go (given our tight schedule). He was extremely attentive and courteous with me and my wife.
He customized the tours the way we wanted - we could stay longer in some places or skip some others. We went to way more places than expected, we ate in amazing authentic Balinese restaurants and we were able to see how Bali really is (away from the most cliche places).
I definitely recommend Bagus for your next stay in Bali! Just book the tours with him and forget about anything else! (no worries with weather, with transportation, with good food, etc.). Just relax and enjoy one of the most incredible places in Southeast Asia.
