Batur Sunrise Trekking Combination 2 Package is mix of volcano trekking with relaxation swimming at Natural Hot Spring followed by visiting Kemenuh Butterfly Park before we are going back to your hotel. The aim of this package itinerary is to have nature beauty exploration as well as seeing the wonderful butterfly flying over around us.

Batur Sunrise Trekking Combination 2 Package Itinerary will be started with hotel pick up by our Bali tour driver around 2.00 am in the very early morning because we need to reach the start point before 4.00 am. It will took about 1 hour and 30 minute drive from Denpasar area to get to the start point. Once we arrived, the professional local guide will do a short registration and introduction about the area. Stretching and warming up is necessary to avoid any fatal injuries during the activity. It will take about 1.5 – 2 hours walking up depends on how fast we are moving to reach the mountain edge from the start point. We have to be very careful along the way due to the sharp volcano rocks spread all over the place and we are walking on the dark with flashlight in our hand.

On the edge, the guide will prepare some light breakfast for us and we are going to enjoy it together with the wonderful sunrise view. Finish with the sunrise, we will going back down to the start point then relaxing at Natural Hot Spring alongside Batur Lake. Relaxed enough, we will having morning coffee with famous coffee Luwak at the local farm as well as some introduction of the local spices and plantation. Last stop, we are going to visit Kemenuh Butterfly Park with thousands of Butterfly flying over around us. After all the itinerary finish, we are heading back to your Hotel.

Batur Volcano And Lake View From Kintamani Area

Kintamani is the main tourist object of the journey. It has a wonderful views of Batur Volcano Mountain and Lake from Penelokan area. Batur Volcano Mountain has wide range area off black frozen lava rocks from its previous eruption. The last eruption happened on 2000 but only a very small scale. And the biggest eruption happened on 2 August - 21 September 1926. On 2011, UNESCO choose Batur Caldera, area of black lava rocks, as one of the National Geopark. Having a banquet lunch provided by some local restaurants is a popular in this area. We will having lunch with the views of Batur Volcano Mountain and Lake.

Luwak Coffee Plantation

You can find coffee plantation all over Bali. They will give a short farm tour about our local plantation, spices products, especially famous Luwak Coffee. Luwak Coffee produced from coffee beans found inside Luwak’s poop. It is because the Luwak animal has a great sense of choosing coffee bean. And also will only eat the best quality ones. The process inside the Luwak stomach won’t damage the coffee bean but reducing the level of caffeine in the coffee. The process also change the taste of coffee produced later on. Other than Luwak coffee, you might also tasting other local spices. Such as lemongrass tea, ginger tea, mangosteen tea, Robusta coffee, Arabica coffee, and etc.

Kemenuh Butterfly Park is located at Kemenuh Village, Ubud. The park is one kind of zoo which focused in Butterfly conservation. Varieties of that animal you may find inside and you might also see the process of its transformation from the first shape of worm then become a cocoon and finally made up into a beautiful Butterfly.
