Terms and conditions statement for all bookings in Bagus Tour Service company. Please read below details for your references.

Terms and Conditions Overview

By default, customer should read and understands the details stated in each product page before submitting the booking. Therefore, if you have any question about the products, please kindly contact us before making any booking.

Please input a correct detail on the booking form to ensure smooth transaction on the checkout process. In addition to that, make sure the contact information is correct and reachable in between transaction and your booking date. It is because the booking confirmation and any further communication is essential for the booking. You cannot cancel or modify the booking by yourself after the booking complete. On the other hand, you can still make some corrections or changes for your booking. Please do not hesitate to contact us for this matter. We are more than happy to discuss and assist you.

Cancellation and Refund

Any booking made is subject to non-refundable deposit under normal condition. In other words, that means any cancellation is not applicable on normal condition. On the other hand, we are willing to work things out for you. We are very happy to re-arrange your booking to different dates that might work with your holiday schedule in Bali.

In contrary of normal booking condition, we also have abnormal condition as per our past experiences. Abnormal condition stated is when our pre-arranged trip or activity is not possible to do. Some extreme circumstances mentioned such as natural disaster, complete shutdown, or other extreme conditions. Our first option is date re-arrangement for your trip or activity. Therefore, if it is unable to re-arrange then we are willing to do full refund for this cancellation event.

Terms and Conditions for Pickup Arrangement

Both customer and service provider are subject to arrive at pickup point on time. If your hotel does not have any car access to its lobby area, please kindly inform us in advance. Therefore, we can set different meeting point nearby. In addition to that, there is a chance you did not mention the pickup point in the booking details. Please update us at least one day before the booking date regarding this matter. We definitely will contact you about this so please make sure your contact details are reachable.

In case of you need to change the pickup time, inform us at least one day prior your booking date. If there is no advance notice, we will apply the default pickup time in product page. In case you are late but our driver already in the pickup point, please inform us immediately. If you inform us, you can get buffer time maximum 60 minutes starting from the original pickup time. Our driver will be willing to wait for you patiently in lobby within the buffer time limit. More than 60 minutes buffer time, we will automatically consider this as “No Show”.

Unreachable Customer and No Advance Notice

When you do not show up at the pickup point on time, our team will try to reach you out. If we cannot contact you, we will wait for maximum for 30 minutes from the original pickup time. After 30 minutes you still do not show up and no further notice, we will consider it as “No Show”.

No Show Terms and Conditions

When “No Show” condition happen, we regretfully inform you that the booking is under cancellation with no possible refund.

Skipping or Customizing Itinerary of Our Package

We completely understand that no perfect package offers or trip itinerary for everybody. Therefore, we are open to discussing this matter even after you submit the booking. If you wish to replace or add destinations from the package, it is still possible. But as a result, we may charge additional cost for this matter. We will recalculate the price and inform you in the discussion. You will pay in cash IDR currency for additional cost or service charge. If you just want to skip one or more destinations in our package, it is also still possible. But for this matter there is no refund of the destination tickets.

If we are unable to visit destinations on their opening hours, we will do the tickets refund for you. We will pay the ticket refunds in cash IDR currency when you arrive back at the hotel. The total amount for the refund is the total ticket prices for the skipped destination due to this reason.
